- Is local pickup available?
Yes! If you are a Perth resident, please select "Pick Up" at checkout and the team at Arts Edge Gallery will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.
- Can you post to PO boxes?
- Do you offer framing options?
Due to the quite difficult nature of posting framed prints or stretched canvases, all prints will be sent out flat packed or carefully rolled in an art tube, ready to be taken straight to your preferred framer.
However! If you live in Perth, Arts Edge Gallery have kindly offered a 10% discount on framing of all Harry Young prints!
- I changed my mind, can I return my item?
Unfortunately there is a strict no returns policy on all items due to change of mind.
- I received my purchase and it is not what I ordered, can I return it?
Yes. In the unlikely event that your order is mixed up, we will happily send you the correct item. We will reimburse you for any cost incurred returning the incorrect item to us.
- I received my purchase and it is damaged or faulty, can I return it?
Yes. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty and this was not in the product description, we will happily replace or refund your item.
